Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Outpop (the “Game”), provided by OEM_ (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

License to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use cheats, automation, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game;
• use the Game in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, design, level content, audio, and the “Outpop” name and logo, is owned by OEM_ and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Accounts and sign-in

The Game is fully playable without an account. You may optionally sign in with Google to back up your progress to the cloud and take part in the leaderboards. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You may sign out, or permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data, at any time from Settings → Delete account in the Game or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these Terms.

Leaderboards and fair play

If you sign in, your scores are submitted to public daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards and are displayed alongside your Google profile display name, which other players can see. You agree not to submit scores by cheating, automation, exploits, or any means other than ordinary play, and not to use a display name that is offensive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove scores, reset boards, or suspend accounts to keep the leaderboards fair, and we may adjust or discontinue the leaderboards at any time.

Advertising and third-party services

The Game is free to play and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, and uses Google Firebase for analytics and — if you sign in — for authentication, cloud save, and leaderboards. Your use of these features is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies, and to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OEM_ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game.

Changes to the Game and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a different mandatory law applies to you as a consumer.
