Delete your account

You can delete your Outpop account and all associated data at any time. If you have the app installed, the fastest way is in the game: Settings → Delete account. If you’ve uninstalled the app, you can request deletion here instead.

What gets deleted

Your account & profile — your Google-linked identity and display name.
Saved progress — your level, completion, and synced settings.
Leaderboard scores — your rankings and scores are removed from all boards.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To request deletion, email us from the account’s own email address:

Request account deletion

Send the request from the same email address that’s on the account so we can verify it’s you. We’ll process your request and confirm by reply, normally within 30 days. Some records may be retained up to 30 days for fraud and abuse prevention, then permanently deleted.
